The video memorial demonstrates the Bertha who was always loving, gentle, genuine and gracious with family and anyone who was fortunate enough to know her. Never pretentious, always with a warm smile and consistent affection she had a quality of presence that made loving her flow with ease and admiration. She added a depth of class to the Troglin family without ever attempting to be classy. She was always Bertha, and to me she was Aunt Bertha who leaves us with many years of rich memories.
