Bea Bowles' Obituary
Beatrice “Bea” Bowles, age 75, of Austell passed away September 8, 2017. Bea retired as a supervisor from Brian Center Nursing Home after 25 years of service. She loved to go to yard sales and held yard sales for the Brian Center to help residents and employees. Bea loved her family, friends, and helping people. She is survived by her sons, Ricky Hardy and Donnie Hardy, both of Plant City, FL; daughter, Denise Bowles of Austell; adopted son, Tim Payne of Austell; grandchildren, Ricky Bowles, Christie Schrader, Jeremy Hardy, and Ashley Hardy; sisters, Shirley Frasure of Carrollton, Rosa Runk of Temple, and Linda Thompson of Villa Rica; brothers, J.L. Tucker of Douglasville, Charles Mask of Austell, Ray Tucker of Temple, and Rex Tucker of Villa Rica; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 15, 3:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George McWilliams officiating. Interment will follow the service at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1:00 to 8:00 PM and Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
