Aubrey Lee Jackson's Obituary
JACKSON, Mr. Aubrey Lee Jackson, age 80, of Mableton died Monday, June 22, 2009. Mr. Jackson retired from Electromagnetic Sciences "EMS" in 1993 and formerly repaired, designed, and installed aircraft avionics for 34 years. He had been a member of the First Baptist Church of Mableton for 50 years, a member of the Lions Club, and served in the US Army/Airforce. Survived by his wife of 60 years, Kathryn Boatwright Jackson; mother, Viola "Big Mama" Jackson of Fayetteville; daughter, Karen Moore of New Port Richey, FL, Cheryl Stephens of Douglasville, and Kathy Woodlief of Suwanee; son, Mark Jackson of Buford; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sister, Jerrie Champion of Hartwell; brothers, Harry Jackson of Fayetteville and Jim Jackson of Williston. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to your favorite charity. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, 5:00 PM, Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel
