Anthony Chandler McTyre's Obituary
Anthony Chandler McTyre, age 34, of Rockmart, left us on July 14, 2026, and moved into his Heavenly Home.
Anthony was known as a true WWII history buff and had a love for everything related to Germany and Japan. He was also captivated by astronomy, our great universe, always willing to educate his loved ones on planets, stars, and beyond. He also enjoyed all things, planes, trains, and automobiles. A huge gamer, he found joy in exploring different worlds and challenges through his beloved games.
Anthony will be deeply missed by all who loved him, and we rejoice in knowing we will see him again one day.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Hollis and Ann Frey; paternal grandparents, Chandler and Mary Ann McTyre.
Anthony is survived by his parents, Doyle and Emily McTyre of Rockmart; sister and brother-in-law, Courteney and Michael Dutton of Mableton; nephew, Joshua Dutton; nieces, Maci, Remi, and Ellie Dutton; Aunt, Terri Frey of Austell; Uncle and Aunt, Charles and Vicki Frey of Kennesaw; and other extended family.
