Angelyn Walker's Obituary
Angelyn C. Walker, age 88 of Austell passed away on May 16, 2022.
She grew up in Mableton and was a member of Mableton Pentecostal Church where she was a Sunday school teacher. Angelyn was a pastor’s wife. She loved children and conducting the children’s church.
Family was the most precious thing to Angelyn and she adored her nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 74 years, Ernest Edwin Walker; sister, Hazel June Higgs and brother, Robert Nelms Clay.
Angelyn is survived by many beloved nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 19th, 1:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Michael Adams officiating. Interment will follow the service at Clay Family Cemetery, Austell.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 PM before the service.
