I WILL NEVER FORGET ADAM , ME AND PAT MET HIM IN 1976, HE WAS ONLY ABOUT 15 , HE STAYED AT OUR APARTMENT AS MUCH AS HE COULD, WHICH WAS RIGHT BEHIND HIS HOUSE. WE HAVEN'T SEEN ADAM IN ABOUT 10 YRS, BUT ADAM WAS A GOOD PERSON HE ALWAYS WANTED EVERYONE, TO BE THE BEST THEY COULD AND TRY TO BETTER THEMSELVES. EVEN THOUGH ITS BEEN YRS SINCE WE HAVE SEEN HIM, THIS REALLY HURTS. WE WILL MISS YOU ( OUR OLD FRIEND).##imported-begin##JOY & PAT DEAL##imported-end##
When I think about Adam I can't help but smile. He always in to something...he loved life and enjoyed everything. I never forget the time he got me to try Persimmons. There was a tree in the back yard of his house. I had never tasted them before he ate 3 or 4 told me how good they were. Ok, so he got me to try one, sucked the moisture right out of my mouth, felt like my tongue shrunk, and my throat dried up and cracked. WOW, the look on my face must have been quite funny Adam laughed so hard he rolled on the ground I have never eaten another and can't hear the word persimmon without thinking about that.
Adam is the only person I've ever seen walk up to pole grab it and lift his body horizontal to the pole and stay that way for what seems like forever. Adam was very tenderhearted he was always for the under dog. If someone was hurt or being miss treated he was right there to champion the cause. If you ever needed him he was right there to help you out. Growing up Adam called me his little sister. I'm quite proud of that. He was my big brother. It was my job in school to tell the girls in our class when Adam liked them. He was the best catch all the girls were crazy about Adam. But, I had it the best because no matter who the girl was he liked I always got to play with the boys and hang out because I was his little sister. I have the most wonderful memories of Adam I will always treasure them.
