Ruth was always cheerful and helpful. I knew her from her time at CAMP Ministries. My mother volunteered at CAMP in her later years, and Ruth was always so very kind to her. Ruth's passing is a great loss to many.##imported-begin##Mike Cronin##imported-end##

She was the ultimate high achiever;
So how can it be that I should grieve her.
Instead I celebrate her life and great worth,
And laud her for the good she did while on this earth.
She possessed a keen intelligent mind;
And hearts were helped because she was kind.
In her capable hands things always got done;
And she kept on working past the setting sun.
Her first career was as a wife and homemaker, raising a daughter and son;
And in this too she excelled and was second to none.
She had a tender heart, especially for those in need,
She was organized and efficient and able to lead.
If you needed someone to complete a task,
She was the one you needed to ask.
Although I applaud all the things she has done;
I wish she had take more time to relax and have fun.
But now she has entered into her heavenly rest;
She fought the good fight and with Godly faith passed the test.
So long for now, my ister, my friend;
I will see you again, just around the bend.
