I’ve known Paul since 1981 in the 6th grade where we made friends immediately and that friendship never went away. I was very pleased to not only see him
at the last reunion but to have been able to tell him what he means to me as a friend. He was one of the main people I went there to see and I am comforted today knowing that I had the chance to tell him that I cared.
As sad as I was to lose him I am also comforted by knowing his spirit and that he loved to laugh, see people he loved and loved him back. My gift from him is the same I return in loving people and allowing myself to be loved. In honor of him I will love strongly and I laugh loudly and I will enjoy everything we have here because Paul is my reminder that it can go so fast so be sure you did it well...as he did.
I miss you buddy and I’m so glad I got to see you and tell you that I love and care about you one last time. We are all SO MUCH RICHER for having known you! I choose to not mourn you...but instead celebrate your spirit because that is really what you deserve.
