Mr. Noel V. Harding, age 68 of Marietta, passed away on November 5, 2010. Since Noel retired from serving 23 years in the United States Air Force, he loved to travel and spend time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Helg Read Obituary
I was so sorry to hear about Noel. He was always more than a boss to me, and you were all much more than the boss's family. I feel truly honored to have had him as a friend. Some of my fondest memories are of the times you all opened your home to me in Germany. My heart goes out to all of you, and you will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Hey Pops! I finally made it to 21, yay! I just wanted to let you know how much I miss you and I thought about you all day today. I always knew in my mind you would be with me on my 21st, I guess I just never thought it would be by watching me from Heaven. But thats ok because I have 21 years of memories with you to always look back on. Each day I miss you more and more but I promise Grandma and I will get through this and be back to the same team we used to be because we have to do it for you and thats what you would want. I could never have asked for a better grandfather than you. I love you more than you could have imagined.

I am so very sorry to hear about Noel's passing...Noel was so sweet and caring and talked about his family with great love and pride.
I worked closely with Noel at both Leeds and Honeywell...he was one of "my guys" and I am grateful he was. He was funny and kind and loved his country music....he even made a tape for me to get me hooked on "country"...and it worked.
