Sue and Steven, Kathy and I were sad to hear of Jim's passing. No greater guy to have as a friend. Even though it has been awhile I have thought of him often. Jim: I love you . You were the light of my life. I can not image not hearing you, seeing you or asking you if everything is alright. Everything is now alright.. We have been blessed with all the people we have known over our 47 years of marriage. Our son Steven and daughter in love Maya has been a blessing to us, and let us not forget our grandsons Liam and Colin. Sunday nights will continue with dinner, football and allowance night for the boys. I know you will be with me in spirit telling me how to do it the right way.

Mrs. M and Steven words can't explain how we are all feeling up here in NY. The best neighbors anyone could ask for. Oh how I miss the smell of his pipe until this very day and miss playing basketball with him and Steven. Mr. Jim was a great man, father, and friend. It seems like only yesterday you were all still living next door. He will be greatly missed by us all and know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. I too will think of him every Sunday when his Giants play and will cheer them on :). Love and miss you all very much.

I don't have to publicize this to tell my dad I love him. I told him every time we were together or spoke. Before and after his diagnoses. It didn't matter. I loved him everyday. Just as he did with me. His only son. I want to announce to everyone how a great man my dad was to me. He was my inspiration and mentor on how to be a good man. How to respect and love my mom and bestowed that on how to love my wife and sons. His commitment to my mom, I use to guide me through my marriage and being a father to my kids. I hope to keep the legacy he's given me. It may not be monetarily, but I'm rich and wealthy to gain the ever lasting knowledge he taught me in which I want to instill with my boys in their life and pass on. My dad showed me how to be a Great husband and father. Anyone who knew him and was a friend, he'd be loyal and committed to you for life. Give his shirt off his back. That teaching has ingrained in my friendships. A trait that I don't balk of having. In my next X number of years, I hope my kids will feel the same of me. If not I've failed my dads legacy. My dad was a great man, husband and father. I love you and will always be here with us, mom ,your son, grandsons, Maya, Barb /Chris and the kids and family. If /when we go to NC beach you'll be with us. Every Sunday in the Fall you'll be with us watching our Giants. You'll always be with us. I'll always be thinking of you. I love you dad.
I knew Jim for a short period of time, but every time we had the occasion to meet, he was always smiling. He had a quiet spirit about him. I remember one time when Sue belonged to a Red Hat group & they were suppose to meet & go horse back riding. At that time Sue , due to a physical condition, couldn't ride, so Jim went in her place. We had a fun day that I will always cherish. He was a blessing, not only for Sue, but for anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
